ProMAS is an authorized TIPS/TAPS vendor.
The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS/TAPS) is a purchasing cooperative that was created to serve public and private school districts, colleges and universities, federal, state, county and city municipalities.
It’s purpose is to provide substantial savings and best value for participating educational entities or public agencies through cooperative purchasing practices.
The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) and The Texas-Arkansas Purchasing System (TAPS) is available for use by all public and private schools, colleges, universities, cities, counties and other government entities in many state across the U.S., including Arizona, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Kansas, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Missouri, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Washington (TIPS), and the State of Arkansas (TAPS).
